Can I Return An Item?
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact The Resin Studio as soon as possible.
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate solution.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs showing the condition of the item and packaging.
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is different from the item you ordered, contact us with your order information.
We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom and personalised products are made specifically according to the customer's requested design, colours, names, initials or other specifications.
Because of their personalised nature, returns or exchanges may not be available simply because the customer changes their mind.
If there is a problem with a personalised order, please contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
Change Of Mind
Please choose your products carefully before submitting an order.
Since many items are handmade specifically for an order, a change-of-mind return may not be possible once production has started.
Exchanges

Contact us before sending anything back. Do not ship an item without receiving instructions first.
